Has it already been a month since the last fitness update?
Well, another month has gone by and while I may have fallen off the wagon diet wise I haven't exercise wise, so my weight isn't increasing. Then again, I haven't lost any weight either.
My flexibility and strength continues to improve, bit by bit, and it doesn't hurt nearly as much anymore to walk those 10,000 steps a day. Don't get me wrong, at 290 lbs it still hurts but it's not the kind of hurt or exhaustion that results in me collapsing into a boneless heap at the end of it.
I think my new goal will be to, without fail, walk those 10,000 steps each and every day. I think I'm finally ready to start adding more uphills to the pace, and perhaps even increasing the pace a bit for a few steps and to start trying to decrease the time it takes to complete those steps.
Only one thing to do now and that's continue.
