Okay, I'm at the end of the first month of my personal journey in weight loss and to something resembling personal fitness. I'm still at the beginning, so I'm not surprised that I haven't seen a huge change yet.
But, I do have some major progress to report.
I am walking between 8000 to 10000 steps four days out of seven instead of just one day. Sometimes I even have more steps than my target.
I am still on the modified HIIT because my ability to get up and down is still really iffy. I still weigh too much to get up and down to do the exercises fully, but I'm progressively getting better.
Also, I have lost an additional three pounds to sit at 290 lbs.
This isn't huge, but at least now it's moving the scale in the right direction.
