Fitness Plan = Derailed!
We're at the height of the summer, and my efforts to lose weight are right off the rails here, but maybe it's not too late to change my bad habits gained from the pandemic to good ones.
I will freely admit I eat when I stress out.
I wish I could say I reach for the healthy stuff when I do this, but the reality is I reach for the exact opposite. The more stressed out I get the worse the choices also get. I don't have any real advice here on how to defeat that. I'm not an expert.
Just checking in because it's that time to again.
But, what I will try to do is replace the bad stuff with good crunchy stuff.
Maybe start walking again.
